Thea & Co. was born out of the lived experience of our Founder, Dorothea, who spent years working in finance and banking. In her mid-level roles, she saw how much valuable time was consumed by repetitive administrative tasks – tasks that, while necessary, often pulled professionals away from the bigger picture.
She witnessed firsthand how talented people, capable of driving growth and generating revenue, were held back by the weight of admin that could have been handled more efficiently.
